Vertical Cartoning Machine: Working Principle and Structural Features

Dec 09, 2025 Leave a message

The vertical cartoning machine employs an advanced cam-based segmentation mechanism to achieve intermittent motion between moving and stationary areas. This design ensures stable operation while minimizing wear and energy consumption. The core component is a turntable with twelve stations for actions such as box feeding, bottom sealing, material filling, top sealing, and box ejection. These actions are performed sequentially to form a complete cartoning process.

The box opening and forming process is vertical, making manual material filling extremely convenient. When the machine is running, the top opening of the opened box moves to the manual filling station, allowing the worker to easily place the items into the box, completing the cartoning operation. This design not only improves cartoning efficiency but also reduces the labor intensity of workers.
