Every automatic box taper is equipped with a fully automatic adjustment system, which can automatically detect carton width and height and adjust conveying and sealing mechanisms in real time to realize true unmanned operation. It is fitted with an automatic tape tension adjustment system to ensure flat and firm tape adhesion without excessive tightness or looseness. Adopting imported alloy blades with long service life, the machine delivers precise cutting without burrs. We also optimized the tape conveying mechanism to automatically adapt to tapes of different thicknesses and materials and reduce tape waste. The equipment runs stably and reliably with a failure rate lower than 0.3% and requires simple maintenance. Ordinary workers can conduct daily maintenance after simple training.
