Every automatic box sealer is equipped with an automatic dimension identification system, which can automatically detect the width and height of cartons and adjust the position of sealing mechanisms in real time without manual adjustment. It only takes 3 seconds to switch between different carton sizes. Fitted with a dual-track tape sealing system, the machine can attach tapes on the top and bottom simultaneously, delivering firm and neat sealing without edge warping or air bubbles. We optimized the tape cutting mechanism equipped with imported hard alloy blades, which can last up to 500,000 cuts with precise cutting and no burrs. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with electrostatic spray-painted surface, featuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, and complying with hygiene standards of food and pharmaceutical industries. The equipment runs with noise lower than 70 decibels, requires simple maintenance and has few wearing parts, resulting in low long-term operation costs.

All automatic box sealers are packed in export-standard fumigation-free wooden cases to ensure safety during long-distance international transportation. The interior of wooden cases is protected with multi-layer high-density foam and EPE foam for buffering. Key precision components such as motors, sensors and touch screens are separately packaged with waterproof and shockproof materials. Equipment model, weight, dimension as well as shipping marks including Fragile, Moisture Proof and This Side Up are clearly marked on the outer surface of wooden cases. We support multiple international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, and customers can select the most suitable transportation mode according to logistics demands and budget. In case of any damage during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of damage and shipping documents. We adopt flexible and diversified payment terms to meet customers' capital arrangement needs. For standard automatic box sealers, a 30% advance deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance shall be paid before delivery. For customized equipment, we will charge a 40% to 50% advance deposit according to project complexity and customization content, and the remaining balance shall be paid before delivery after equipment acceptance. We accept major international currencies including US Dollar, Euro and RMB, and other payment currencies can be negotiated upon request. For bulk orders and long-term cooperative customers, we offer more competitive prices and negotiable flexible payment terms. Formal sales contracts will be signed for all orders to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and guarantee your legitimate interests.
