Automatic Cartoning Machine Working Principle

Jan 01, 2026 Leave a message

Automatic cartoning machines generally have three feeding inlets: instruction manual inlet, medicine bottle inlet, and carton inlet. The entire process from carton feeding to final packaging can be roughly divided into four stages: First, a guide rail holds the carton in place, and a pusher opens it. Simultaneously, two forward-moving latches rise from below, locking the sides of the carton from the front and back, causing it to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling in the filling area, the machine's mechanism folds the tabs into the left and right guide rails before closing the lid. Before closing, the mechanism bends the carton's latch, and a pusher pushes the lid to bend, inserting the latch into the carton and locking it. The lid-closing action is crucial; its success depends heavily on the carton's structure and the accuracy of the machine's adjustments.
