Working Principle of a Spider-Hand Box Packing Machine

Dec 19, 2025 Leave a message

A spider-hand box packing machine mainly consists of a robotic arm, a vision system, a control system, and a conveying system. During operation, the vision system first identifies and locates the target object, then transmits the information to the control system. The control system, according to a preset program, directs the robotic arm to perform precise grasping actions. The robotic arm, through the flexible movement of multiple joints, simulates the movements of a spider, achieving rapid grasping and placement of objects. Simultaneously, the conveying system transports the objects to be packed and empty boxes to designated positions, working in conjunction with the robotic arm to complete the packing process.
