The Cling Film Cartoning Machine is specifically developed to package tubular cling film products made from PVC, PE, or PVDC materials. It reliably handles cylindrical products whose length significantly exceeds their diameter, such as common 30-meter or 50-meter rolls. By employing specialized horizontal or inclined feeding mechanisms together with synchronized pushing devices, this cling film cartoning machine ensures that long, tubular products maintain linear motion during conveyance and loading. This prevents rolling or misalignment, enabling smooth and precise insertion into long, narrow cardboard boxes-a task that is notoriously difficult with manual methods.
Targeted Design Guarantees Stable Insertion
Recognizing that cling film cores may be made of paper or plastic and often feature end flanges, the machine incorporates dedicated positioning and holding solutions to prevent surface scratching or flange damage. It operates at stable speeds of 70–120 rolls per minute. The main structure is constructed from high-quality powder-coated carbon steel and food-grade stainless steel, meeting general food-contact material requirements for safe and reliable operation in food packaging lines.
Adapts to Mainstream Specifications with Ease
The standard model processes cling film rolls with an outer diameter range of 40–120 mm and a length (roll width) of 200–350 mm. By changing molds and adjusting operating parameters, it can accommodate the packaging requirements of different brands and specifications. This cartoning machine can be integrated with automatic labeling systems to apply product labels before or after cartoning. It can also be connected to automatic case packers, enabling a fully automated workflow from single-roll cartoning to multi-carton case packing and optimizing overall packaging logistics.
