The sachet cartoning machine uses an optimally designed vibratory bowl or belt feeding system, coupled with non-contact optical sensors for counting, achieving highly efficient and accurate feeding. Carton loading is driven by precision cams or servo mechanisms, resulting in smooth, low-noise operation. With speeds of 150–250 cartons per minute, this cartoning machine keeps pace with high-speed eye mask production lines. It complies with relevant electrical safety standards, and key areas are designed for easy access and maintenance.
Accurate Counting with Multi-Functional Options
The equipment accurately packages single or multiple sachets (e.g., 5-pack, 10-pack). It accommodates typically smaller, compact cartons ranging from 50–180 mm in length, 40–120 mm in width, and 8–50 mm in height. An optional hot-melt glue or adhesive automatic carton sealing system ensures secure and aesthetically pleasing closures. Additionally, it can integrate checkweighing and metal detection functions, providing a dual layer of assurance for product safety and compliance.
