We have established a special quality control system for this low-temperature special equipment. All low-temperature resistant components will undergo low-temperature environment simulation tests before entering the factory to ensure stable performance at the target working temperature. After the complete machine is assembled, in addition to conventional performance tests, it will also enter a low-temperature simulation chamber for 48 hours of continuous operation test to inspect the operation stability, carton opening success rate, sealing quality and product breakage rate of the equipment in low-temperature environment. All indicators can only leave the factory after reaching the standards. We support third-party quality inspection institutions to conduct on-site special low-temperature performance tests and issue authoritative inspection reports.

We can provide all-round customization services according to customers' actual production scenarios and product characteristics. For frozen products of special sizes or special-shaped packaging, we can customize exclusive pushing jigs and material arranging structures to ensure the loading effect. According to customers' workshop temperature requirements, the low-temperature resistance level of components can be upgraded, and additional functional modules such as product visual inspection and weight rejection can also be selected. At the same time, we support adjusting the feeding and discharging direction and overall size of the equipment according to customers' production line layout to realize seamless docking with front and rear equipment. For export orders, we use export-standard fumigated wooden packaging boxes. The boxes are treated with moisture-proof and sealing treatment, and key parts of the equipment are equipped with rust-proof and dust-proof protective sleeves. The interior uses custom buffer foam and steel frames for multi-point fixation to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during long-distance sea transportation and low-temperature environment transportation. We support various international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc., and can act as an agent for logistics transportation, export customs declaration and destination customs clearance according to customer needs.
