Accurate Counting and Neat Stacking System
At the heart of the Automatic Pouch Filling and Sealing Machine is its precise multi-line counting and neat stacking mechanism. Using photoelectric sensors and mechanical baffles, it guarantees exact quantities per outer bag. The alignment unit arranges inner packs neatly before they are smoothly inserted into the outer bag and sealed via heat or adhesive. Operating at 20–40 bundles per minute, the machine delivers consistently tidy and attractive bundle packaging.
Flexible Configuration for Diverse Bundle Setups
The Automatic Pouch Filling and Sealing Machine accommodates various inner-pack sizes and bundle combinations, such as 3-packs, 6-packs, or 8-packs. Outer bag dimensions can be customized to fit the assembled bundle. Quick program-based changeovers allow easy adaptation to different products and bundle layouts, supporting mixed-batch production. An optional date-batch printer can be integrated to print information directly on the outer bag, ensuring traceability and compliance.
